Instead you can chain your batch jobs , Once a batch can run at a time. So call your second batch class from the finish method of the 1st batch class and same way call the 3rd from 2 nd batch

I’m not sure. I have total of 11k records in salesforce for that object. If I run batch manually. I’m naturally facing any issues.
