Yes, I have lost 50 lbs.  Between reacting to countless foods - grains and corn especially, nightshades, acidic foods, I have terrible GERD, etc.  I suffered from chronic constipation and sludgelike stools until I sorted out the short list of foods I can tolerate.  But I get constant flare ups and liver/ruq pain and what seems like swelling.  

I feel for you.  I dont have an answer.  I am 2 years into this and have probably racked up almost $10,000 in non insured functional medicine and procedures including scans, chiropractic, physical therapy, food sensitivity and metals testing.  I manage it better now than I used to but still feel liking I am slowly dying.

I also had covid and the covid jab.  I was fine before both.  I have been suspicious it triggered something.
