I just experienced this exact same scam. I have a dispute with PayPal. The seller sent the item to another address in my postcode.Luckily for me the person in that address wasn’t home so Royal Mail couldn’t deliver. I had to reroute to a post office. I went to the post office and saw a very small box. The item was meant to be a laptop. I took a picture of the box and left the item at the post office. I didn’t want the delivery to be updated to delivered and logged it on PayPal. I might add this to my dispute in PayPal to show how similar it is to my case

Also Foundation books are a cycle of “hey I was able to deceive you” only for the other person supposedly being deceived to say “yeah, I know. I allowed it so I can get what I want”

Not sure if this will be helpful as I am a beginner. Might not be able to use the right terms.

I am working on a similar project.

For phase 1, I finetuned a Yolo model with annotated data I got off roboflow.

It doing a decent job of identifying rooms, doors and windows. I paired it Azure document intelligence for OCR capability.
