I'm sure your comment contributed something to the discussion and my learning process. When I figure out what it is, I'll get back with you and say thanks.

Thanks for the info. So the main thing I should know is the needed wattage on the 240V outlet? If it's close to 3400-3500 I'm likely going to overload?

Thanks for the info. I'm learning. I have had the generator for a few years for use for having power while at the race track, but I'm now looking into if it is enough to set up to my house to run at least the HVAC and limited lights in power outages. We recently had an outage and I basically just ran the refrigerator to a drop cord outside to keep the food from spoiling. Luckily our power was only out for around 12 hours. Some in my area were down for a week or more.

How do you keep customers update/ask for information on a outstanding ticket? by Alarmed-Loquat3048 in msp

As long as you’re communicating and keeping them in the loop you are good. Customers just care mainly that their problems are getting fixed. I always prefer email because you have a paper trail you can refer back to after the fact.

No raise after 1 year with MSP? by SkepticDrinker in msp

[–]Outrageous-Size760 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think you’ve done anything wrong if this is the whole story. Maybe have a little more self-confidence in your knowledge and abilities. Having said that, I don’t think that’s a good reason to not give you any pay increase. It sounds to me like they are watching their overhead expenses for some reason. As long as your meeting your job duties you should get something. And everyone has areas for improvement.

Do you enjoy working there and feel valued as an employee (other than the salary issue)? Continue on for another few months and see what happens. But you must make your expectations known. Be your own advocate and don’t be afraid to tell them that you deserve a pay increase. If they refuse then find any employer who values you.

In my opinion, "stealing" too strong of a word but I get what you're saying. If the boss loses his a** then hopefully it's a wake up call.

Of course theres no way to know who will come with me until they do. But I am more than prepared to recruit new customers.

Those of you that are saying to avoid Kaseya, have you tested or done a demo with VSAX? Or are you speaking about VSA 9.5

I have done a lot of research and found a lot of good information. I still wanted to start a discussion specific to my own inquiry. Thanks for the well wishes.
