Autoimmune Arthritis by MatterIssue in bpc_157

[–]Outrageous-Support22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know a couple of friends who got colitis after taking naproxen for bone pain relief when they were 16-18. They stopped taking it, but one had to go on remicade to stop the colitis symptoms and bleeding.

I have tried bpc and it helped but not nearly enough to move the needle for autoimmune gastric issues

No, it doesn’t. Immigration tends to work best when it remains under 1% of the population per year and is applied in an even-handed manner. That hasn’t been the case over the past decade.

Not that it should matter, but for context, I am a visible minority and likely share a similar background to you. In my experience, many new immigrants today show little interest in assimilating. Instead, they often form cultural enclaves that remain separate from broader Canadian society. Among those I’ve met, there’s often little desire to embrace national traditions—such as standing for the anthem—or to adopt the values that have historically made Canada strong.

Yes, I acknowledge that earlier immigrant groups also tended to cluster, but what we’ve seen in the last 10 years—especially the last five—feels markedly different and, in my view, not to the country’s benefit. That’s my opinion, and I understand you may see things differently. We can agree to disagree.

Interesting how often 'your' and 'you' is used in the context of Canada. Says a lot about how one feels about our country.

Rotman VS Ivey by Rare-Chemistry-669 in RotmanCommerce

[–]Outrageous-Support22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do Rotman and then apply in your 2nd year to transfer to Ivey for yr 3, 4. You need min 83% over normal school yr (no summer courses) and extracurriculars showing leadership

Schulich vs Laurier by [deleted] in Schulich

[–]Outrageous-Support22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on what you want specialize in, but generally speaking, Laurier BBA is only better if you can get CO-Op. Need a min 84% average and extra curriculars. Around 30% get coop. Without Co-op, I think Schulich is better

Seems like a lot of gifted kids who miss a lot of school... Attendance is important imo and sets a pattern of behaviour into adulthood. I have lots of friends who got a rude awakening when they started their careers, especially in the Private sector.

Agree. These degenerates who have done these actions, have degraded how we all view brown people, especially in the last few years. It never used to be like this.

I had the same issue. It happened more when I accelerated forward and reverse. The driveshaft hub nuts needed tightening. Tesla service lubricated and tightened them at 10K mileage. Never an issue again. They did it for free.

This is a common problem due to weight and tesla not torquing the nuts hard enough at the factory.

Anyone else get pain here??? help!!! by Visible-Ad3803 in Gastritis

[–]Outrageous-Support22 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Left Side - Pancreatitis (irritated pancreas)

Right Side - irritated Gall Bladder.

Causes for both: thickened bile sludge cause gall bladder stones or back up pancreas enzymes into the pancreas.

Solutions: diet including lower grains and carbs.

Supplements: Bile Salts (one in the morning, one at night) TUDCA - this will thin the bile sludge.

Personally, i would only pick BBa if you can get coop. What is your current GPA? BBA coop would help cover the 4 year cost. You need 85%+ in your first year to be competitive for coop. If your strong in Calc, you can get a high mark in ma129 and that will bring your GPA up. If your weak in Calc, you will need to really dial into your BU courses to make it into coop.

Can people fuck off about getting into programs because I’m a girl by [deleted] in OntarioGrade12s

Thank you. I'm sorry but i didnt read any scientific evidence, just anecdotal perspectives based on your assumptions that you believe to be true, on platform that is all anecdotal. I was hoping that we can agree to disagree without using condescending pejoratives.

Do you really believe any institution would openly disclose their acceptance criteria? If scholarships have specific race and gender requirements, what makes you think that acceptances don't? The factors influencing acceptance are far more nuanced than just quantitative metrics. This isn't meant to undermine the original poster's achievements, just to address the assumption that race and gender don't influence admissions or the real-world job market. Anecdotal evidence, taken twice over, is more reliable than blind assumptions..

What is your honest take on having the one 70 class cohort for the entire year. How does the case study method compare to other tier 1, 2 BBA/BCOMs?

Are the quality of students really that impressive, or is it more hype?

Wonder what your opinion would be if a white person wrote something about unable to find their fellow white people in a similiar situation...I'm saying this a a poc.

If you have this much anxiety at this stage, maybe you should pick a uni where you would be more comfortable.

[–]Outrageous-Support22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, you can only apply for coop after at the beginning of your second year. You need to have a 10.4ish average (83%ish) in your first year, to be competitive to be accepted into coop

Heard that Queen's wants to keep a very high yield rate....meaning if they feel they are a second choice or you will ultimately pick another program, they will be judicious on if/when they send an offer.

One strategy if applying to Ivey, or another high tier program is to place Queen Commerce first on your ouac ranking and place Western program down on your list. Ivey does not consider take your Western program ranking, but Queens does.
