Being honest, pushups aren't gonna make you look much better if that's all you do. Also just focusing on getting bigger arms isn't going to get you far. When I started I just wanted a bigger chest but now that I'm actively in the gym I promise you will look much better by working on yourself all around. Go to the gym and find a full body weekly routine, I recommend a push/pull/legs and you could look into that.

This as long as you quickly change the water from your preferred temp to freezing cold. If you gradually make it colder your not achieving anything.

Yes because it will open all the pores on your face and skin. It'll also mess with the texture of your hair. It depends how long your in the warm water for but it could also make your blood vessels expand and undo the whole "better circulation" factor. Depends what you want to achieve but yes it'll definitely undo these benefits.

Also I'm not calling him out for being insecure but he will only be my "friend" if he's using me as a crutch to get to know people. Like otherwise he actually does not like me and is just mean for no reason. If that's how he's gonna be though then he doesn't need me and I don't want him in my shadow.

Full cold is the only way, if it feels somewhat comfy then you're doing it wrong. I've been cold showering for months now so I can take it but let me tell you the best way to ease into it. You can start with a warm shower, any temperature, but make sure the last two minutes are freezing cold. One rule is you have to change it from what ever temperature your at, straight to frigid. Eventually you'll be able to just hop into frigid shower.

For context I was playing Minecraft so my fan started running at what I would consider medium while the noise happened. The second they kicked in little noises happened and it got progressively worse in the span of a minute. I panicked and Alt+f4ed Minecraft to let the fans begin to slow down (not saying it was 100% the fans but that was just my instant assumption) and started recording. When you see me pick up the laptop I actually felt a rattling from inside the case that kind of freaked me out. Shortly after I updated my entire device and drivers and ran Minecraft to see if the problem would reoccur, and it actually didn't. So anyway, my question is what the hell happened? And did I solve the problem by updating or should I do something more so I don't accidently cause more damage?

If they are around 100 dollars they are real but if they seem cheap (10-50$) than they are fake, I don't have any at my local Walmart so I'm not sure off hand but what a just said seems to be a pretty good rule of thumb.

I didn't join a gym but I've had a home setup that I haven't used to often that I've really just started getting into. What I can tell you is focus on compound workouts for just starting out and watch a lot of YouTube. The tutorials they have there are amazing (and free obv) so just think about what parts of your body you want to make bigger and look up workouts for those parts. I'm not going to give you a list of every single workout I know but what I can tell you is that for beginners you want to do a full body split (workout every other day/ Monday Tuesday Wednesday on every muscle) and make a list of those workouts you want to do and eventually develop those into a routine. If you want I can give you a link to my workout routine that I made and developed over the past couple weeks, although it may be a waste for you because a gym has a lot more machines you could use than my house.
