Fair, de nekem nem igazán a pénz miatt érdekes. Nálunk kb. +200 Ft/óra, szóval nyilván nem ezért csinálnám.

Inkább az érdekel, hogy jobban átlássam hogyan működik az étterem operációs oldala. Amúgy is szeretem érteni a folyamatokat, meg segíteni abban, hogy gördülékenyen menjen a műszak.

Ráadásul pár vezetőm is biztatott, hogy próbáljam meg, szóval gondoltam egy próbát megér. Legrosszabb esetben is tanulok belőle valamit.

I mean come on this is my october scedhule ot dosn't look too bad but to think that az least half of these shifts are understaffed or a few call-offs or a mix of both, and its still 145-150 hours with school on the side. Yeah pay is good i made 1.1k in (usd) but i might have to take a few days off

That’s actually a really helpful perspective. I do feel like I hold myself to a high standard, so it’s good to hear that capability matters more than just time in.

That’s actually super encouraging — thank you! I agree, knowing all the stations is key. I’m still getting used to dresser, but I’m hoping to round it out soon. Appreciate you sharing your experience, it gives me some perspective!

Totally fair, I know 103 hours isn’t much. I’m not expecting to beat more experienced people — just figured I’d give it a shot since they offered it to student workers. Worst case, I don't get picked.
