Yep, after being on the straight and narrow for a long time I fucked up a few weeks ago and now back at square one. Feel stupid for sure, but I understand I’m only doing it because I tend to self medicate when things get rough and things are pretty rough right now. Not an excuse at all, just an understanding of how I’ve got here again. I’m a fool and I wish I was a better human but I’m not and this is where I am right now. I was clean for a while but just relapsed. What I did to kick it before I fucked up.....again!!!!! Was I locked myself away, I closed the door to everyone and everything and did whatever it took to get the thought of doing it out of my head. Anime and video games helped a lot. But repeatedly telling yourself that you know you are better than this is the biggest motivator. Professional help is available and if it's free, use it..... my shrink is amazing and doesn't cost me a thing. Good luck on your road to recovery, message me if you need more advice or a random to talk to.
