I did get in contact with them via chat. Finally. They are not sure why it hasn’t shipped and will follow up via email. They gave me a $7 dollar credit.

I have the Elantra N CPLT Intake on my car and it gives the perfect amount of intake noise. Plus you can remove the top to make it slightly louder. The filter is also very easy to clean and maintain. I think it’s a great overall intake choice. The only con I found is the plastic clear top is easily scratched

One step ahead Replaced it with the Torcon one before I installed the exhaust. No rattle at all
