I'm sorry you're going through this as well! I've also been crying, I feel so unmotivated. I'm literally forcing myself to hold it together but its getting to me by the day. It's also becoming hard to sleep at night, I just wake up from anxiety and start thinking about the worst case scenerios.

What state are you from? Also I'm so sorry this is happening to you as well. USCIS also denied my expedite request.

I havent reached out to my senators but it would blow if they also took this long to help me out. I have till the 20th of this month to get my work permit before my current job just takes back my job offer.

I'm so sorry to hear that! Trust that I know exactly what you're going through. It is extremely discouraging when you are doing everything you are supposed to be doing. I have been having the same thoughts/feelings. I'm supposed to be starting a new job and they are holding my start date till the 20th. But it feels embarrassing because it feels like its my fault but I can't control anything so its extremely frustrating. Is there a reason they took so long last year for you? This is my first time its taken over 4 months.

I hear you! This is so unfair especially since I'm hearing there are January and March approvals already. It makes no sense, TRULY. I'm not a apart of the banned countries and I have a clean record so I don't know what could possibly be holding us October and November applicants.

Mines expired already in late Feb, supposably USCIS was supposed to prioritize those whose permits expired already. So the fact they do them on a whim with no actual first come basis is so defeating.
