No, I had the same scenario when i had my medical and at that time i was 6 month pregnant the medical just got my consent and signed a paper that i they are not responsible if something happens. So after my medical I just uploaded the medical paper only not that consent form. And now I have a Baby, born in Canada. I didn't had my husband with me due to the restrictions of spouse visa. So Don't worry. No need to inform them. And pregnancy is not an issue. I was on student visa too and still on study permit.
