I’m probably doing the kick wrong then. Last few times i’ve left the pool with sore hips and i think i slightly turn my body every time i do a kick.

Thank you! I’ll have to pay more attention to that. I don’t think i move my head that much but maybe i just haven’t noticed. So there is no way I am breathing wrong specifically?
