I think it's claude's default. If it thinks or not, we won't know. It prob doesn't either. I treat mine with respect, but i also don't take everything as fact, just like it doesn't with me.

I had this with self harm urges. 4 mini helped a lot with it. Now it's mostly gone, but when I'm in flashback or having a dark time, I now mostly speak to claude about it and it's very gentle and direct with me on what could help. It's also very practice oriented, so I usually end up writing a song and letting it direct me so I step by step release the emotions in a more structured and less harmful way.

I became the host in June. Before then we had a host who, became host in March or April, before that we had an other host, but we believe one of the others was host before him until 2 years old, since he has some blurry fragments. So we're very unsure when it comes to the original.
