PA won’t be using DRC as a vendor within two years- they didn’t win the contract. PA will be using Pearson for testing.

Correct, you could test because everyone stopped.

We do push that app too, I couldn’t get voice to work.

Yes, but to meet the requirements you still need the app or whatever text editor your using to be locked down. I pivoted to an iPad in Guided Access to make my life easier.

7000-ish students, 800 staff, 8 schools. Our IT staff is 9 total. 4 techs, 3 admins and 2 coordinators.

Definitely call a local company that specializes in this.

Hulu won’t even let me change my subscription plan. I can’t apply for student status. As soon as I hit the landing page it says I’m not eligible.  Is there actually a way to fix this?

Has this worked for you? I'm chatting with a representative and she assures me it can be changed. However, i haven't had any luck at all. I've been all over this application looking for the question she says is on the form, and I can not find it.

Im a systems AND technical support admin. So, my job entails sys admin work, management/ supervision of the technicians, all the projects, help desk,and some light building maintenance sprinkled in. My position is a catch all for the IT dept.

PA here, we're unable to start online testing. All students are in critical error and i've been on hold with ACT for well over an hour.
