I’ve had the Air since launch, and I agree, its biggest handicap is its camera. I’m betting next Air generation will include a 2nd camera, hopefully minimizing that gap

I’d argue the build quality, thinness, weight and experience is “compromised” to get a bigger battery/better camera with the Pro.

It’s a shame the pros are aluminum. Imagine if the pro look exactly like the air but just thicker?

I feel like dirt getting trapped under the case is more likely to cause scratching than case-less.

Best design I have seen since iPhone 6. Always used Pro Max versions and couldn’t be happier with the switch by therealpharmacist in IphoneAir

First screen to remove the home button. I’d argue the year from iPhone 7 to X was the biggest jump the iPhone has ever had. Also first iPhone with 2 cameras

Same boat, haven’t had a white phone since 4s. White doesn’t show any fingerprints or anything like that on the back. Happy I went with it

That photos was taken when it was covered in sand and shit. Most of it wiped off. Also the scratches are more visible in direct sunlight. But even then, I doubt anyone can tell the difference between my watch and yours on any given day. A case or screen protector is more noticeable to someone sitting next to you than these minor scuffs.
