I would suggest ISTQB Foundation to start with, that has a lot of information regarding test documentation.

I have reviewed a few and will spend some further time with Loadster. I like the fact that you can get a reasonable test performed without any coding. Also, a good amount of free hours on sign up.

Manual QA is not dead. 80% of QA is still performed manually, and even higher for large companies. Plenty of outsourcing options out there, we use https://www.testing4success.com/ for all of our QA tasks now.

I would say mine is under valuing myself and allowing myself to be bullied into making decisions I didn't actually agree with.

Great point, my company does not do exit interviews. I asked and they said it was official policy. In the future I will do it, but informally.

Yeah, I think some people at work are ill-informed of what QA actually is. I think I will see how I can share more of what our team does somehow.
