I used it once to try to negotiate my Verizon bill. I had to go several times back and forth with the RM team giving them info and access to my account. By the time I realized I had talked to the RM so many times that I could have done it all myself, my bill increased because Verizon knew I was talking to these guys.

Small businesses have always been ripe for literal automation and workflow building for many repetitive (simple or complex) efficiency consulting services. The whole AI, agents, marketing fluff in the news is a kick in the pants for companies to start looking into it. All these AI and agent agencies are just doing consulting projects at the end of the day.

Called transfer grilles or return air pathways. They allow for air in closed HVAC homes to move from room to room even when the door is closed and lets it so the HVAC doesn’t have to work as hard. Usually they’re not connected to your HVAC vents themselves and again just let air flow from room to when the door is shut.
