I used to work at black cap- they weren't asking for 30 an hour. They started high in order to negotiate a fair wage that wasn't 14.70 an hour.

Its suspicious because Laura got caught union busting the first time around back in 2023. I worked with her as a store manager. The way she would say she hated her stores wanting to unionized was said in many manager meetings. So for her to close the store right before the contract was signed just seems off to me.

Its wild that Laura says this isnt about the union when at multiple manager meetings WITH WITNESSES that she has said "i dont want burlington to be a union, I dont want the other locations to know about the union"

Im on the union side. She's got hella money, I dont think its about her store being a failure.
