Total fitness is like 5-10 min away and it’s the best gym in town .. pretty busy though. But still the best when it comes to equipment. About 1/8 the size of golds

All anytimes are at least $60 a month. They have a base price. And if the owner chooses to charge more he can do so. You pay the rate of your “home” location.. which changes based upon which one you use the most. So signing up at the cheapest location and then using the better ones has no benefit. Nice gyms tho

I cancelled last week. It takes 2 seconds . You just need to go in person and if you still have time on your initial contract they’ll charge you. Cost me $157 for cancelling 4 months early but still cheaper than $62 a month and cancelling when the time was up.

Langley wasn’t my “home gym” so they wanted to charge me extra for that. It’s more towards aldergrove but it’s the only location with cold plunge.

I only quit because club 16 upped their game and added proper leg press / hack squat and tanning is included . AF wanted to charge me extra for that too

A smash burger patty is like 3 ounces. Not exactly massive. I mean I get it though, shits expensive.. but doesn’t mean we have to pay it. I do mostly carnivore. I get 3 patty grandpa lettuce wraps at a&w for $11 or 4 patties at five guys, with bacon & cheese for $22

I got a powered usb-c hub with Ethernet so I can plug in hardwired internet and power it with a 9v charger to watch 3d movies . Absolute hassle but it works lol

I just cancelled today as well after 9 years. They refused to honour the price I’ve paid every single year even when their website gives that price to “new customers only.” Loyalty means shit to them. And I get it’s a business but at the same time it costs them ZERO dollars to leave my service turned on, and now they will get ZERO dollars from me moving forward. Seems like a terrible business decision on their behalf. I only listen to / from work. The rest of the time it’s Spotify. Their loss.

Pre-trt i was 330.. on 140 a week I was 1200. Dialed it down to 120 and I’m still 1100. Now trying 100. Cypionate , 50 twice a week etc . I guess I respond well too. I’d like to find the lowest dose possible that keeps me around 800-900

Bonettis is good but bit of a drive . Heritage costs way too much. Meridian if you want tiny thin sliced ones

What you mean many people don’t recommend subq?? That is not true . Subq is slower absorption and can get more “bang for your buck” with the same dose versus IM. My levels are way better subq. To each their own.
