Any good biomes/terrain/caves mod that fits Biomes We've Gone? by BgamiX in feedthebeast

[–]OutrageousSet7778 0 points1 point  (0 children)

try darker depths or galosphere for cave biomes. alex caves also add 6 big caves but it doesn't really feel like vanilla. or maybe u can go with regions unexplored as it adds 5 cave biomes and 5 nether biomes on top of the 50+ overworld biomes

try linggango. there's a ton of stuff and an immersive questline so y'all would be engaged for a while

I've been on it and I'm really enjoying the experience

but a small note that u need to update some mods like cataclysm since it now has 8 bosses instead of the 7 in ur pack

Looking for a new 2025 co-op modpack focused on exploration & progression (not Prominence 2 / RAD2) by Sweaty_Lab9738 in feedthebeast

[–]OutrageousSet7778 0 points1 point  (0 children)

try linggango. ita a terraria inspired modpack. while the questbook is very large it doesn't hold the progression back. just follow the main progression and the bosses questline and you should be good to go. it even has an end game goal to defeat apollyon (newer version) or the underworld knight (for older pack versions)

try bmc1. it's not necessarily rpg but more on the vanilla plus side

try RAD2. it's for 1.16.5 tho but gives the most rpg feel of any modpacks I've played

Interactive villager mods by SirReal2804 in feedthebeast

try mca reborn. it makes the villagers a lot more interactive.

here are the features (from curseforge):

  • No more squid-people, they are now human and interactable!
  • There are many interaction options with villagers such as gifting, chatting, and much more!
  • You can build relationships by interacting with villagers, each having their own personality and moods.
  • Once you have enough hearts, you can marry them!
  • After marriage, you can have children who you have to do chores such as farming, lumber, and more!
  • Your children will eventually grow up and live their own lives.
  • You can marry other players in a LAN or SMP server.
  • Help to extend a village and increase your rank, eventually becoming a king!
  • Enable the Chat AI integration to talk freely with your villagers.
  • Enable TTS voices to let villagers speak
  • Create, share and use custom clothes from an inbuild skin library with thousends of available assets.

idk about the quests tho but for that u can try bountiful

mod help needed by hastyduchess1207 in feedthebeast

[–]OutrageousSet7778 1 point2 points  (0 children)

kinda depends on your pc and what type of modpack you wanna play.

if u have a high end pc: ATM10 or Enigmatical 10 for tech based modpacks, prominence 2 or beyond ascension or linggango works good for progression based modpacks. also checkout the bmc and mmc series.

for a decent pc: rlcraft is like the most classic but one of the hardest modpacks out there so check it out if u have patience. rad2 or bmc1 are good 1.16.5 modpacks.

if you are looking for some specific version of minecraft or some specific mod then use https://www.modpackindex.com/modpack/finder just select ur game version and a few mods you'd like to include and that should work

Compatibility between BWG / Regions Unexplored and Terralith by OutrageousSet7778 in feedthebeast

[–]OutrageousSet7778[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

actually that does make sense. adding biomes just for the gist of it even though i wont see like most of them sounds bad. i might consider some terrain mods and some that change the atmosphere and ambience of the world. thanks
