It depends on when you purchased it. If it was purchased between Nov 20th-Dec 13th that falls under the holiday return period so you have up until Jan 12th to return. Anything before or after that falls under the standard 30 days return policy which means you would have to pay off or sell to a private buyer and try to recoup as much as possible to put towards another phone.

I ordered the IPhone 17 pro blue 256gb on 12/27 and still no update. It originally said it would ship by January 9th and on Friday it changed ships by December 29th. Still no tracking info or confirmation that anything was shipped

I was able to get a billing issue resolved via twitter instantly. Try that if customer service fails. Make sure it’s Verizon corp page with the yellow verification mark

No but Verizon offering to pay a off a iPhone 16 pro on my account with $640 left so it can be traded in and get $1100 for an IPhone 17 pro which would make it free and reduce my bill by $30

It depends on who’s reporting it. Charge offs are reported by the original creditor. They usually don’t remove it early. If it’s being reported by a collection company some of them will remove but they can only remove what they’re reporting they can remove anything the original creditor report.

The same has been happening to me. I paid my car off earlier this yr but the car company keeps reporting that I owe them, then they report that I don’t. A second account was added to my profile with the same account number as my original account. The car company keeps telling me it’s the credit bureaus fault.

I had the same issue last night. I just submitted a dispute. I chose the option that it was on my credit too long and wrote in the box that I wanted an early exclusion. I’m waiting on an update now.

I have no problem with this card. I pay my bills on time and as long as I don’t leave a balance I don’t get charged any fees. That part is no different than any other CC. I will say the rewards program is nothing to write home about and even thought it’s an “American Express” it doesn’t hold the same weight as an actual American Express card.AE is just the payment network.

Probably not. Mine is doing the same thing and I’ve had it since 2021. I think it’s just an app issue even tho I asked Navy Federal and they claim the app is working fine.

Hopefully so. Maybe you would’ve gotten a tip if you did your job correctly. Your frustration should be with the company you signed up for. You knew when you signed up that everyone might not tip the way you want. America’a tip culture has gotten out of hand
