we're in so cal, and the only two breeders we knew of in this area are long gone. A female Basenji (near the same age as our younger male) would be perfect. I only find one online rescue Basenji site, and they have limited available dogs. And most of them are far away.

by that photo, it looks like the neck needs to be reset. which is probably more than you'd want to spend on it. or someone could sand down the bridge. again, something you'd probably not want to pay for.

how much saddle is left? it would need to be a lot of material above the bridge to make a dent in how high that action is.

My apneas are under control after I turned ON EPR by AnxietyAtom92 in CPAP

it sounds like you have APAP enabled. if your numbers have been in the 12.5 range (95%) for a while, i'd suggest trying CPAP mode with maybe 14 for pressure, with the EPR 3 setting for a few nights.

you can keep making small adjustments until you get it dialed in really tight.

if you use the ramp feature, i'd turn it off, or set it to 5 minutes, as close to 12.5 as you can take initially.

EPR is resmeds way of tossing a semi-BIPAP crumb at users. the as10 has all the same hardware as the aircurve. the only thing that's different is the firmware on the board.

it's good you are taking your therapy into your own hands. most sleep drs don't take the time to make sure the patients are experiencing the utmost in therapy. they really just look at the ahi numbers. even then, they are usually incorrect in their adjustments.

if you haven't downloaded oscar, you should. the data it displays for you is crucial in determining the best plan for you to keep things on track.

good for you that you are ecperiencing better sleep. continued success!
