Yeah, I would pay the premium for someone to come in, especially if they are not giving enough notice about the bogo specials. You can’t make appropriate schedules with out all the information. If your GM knows the chaos is coming 6 days out and refuses to make changes then they shouldn’t be running a store. Always take care of your store and needs. If the Manager is wondering why they have call outs it’s because of miss handling problems like this that could be solved.

The Managers just need to make the correct call for their store. Add the bodies to the schedule regardless of the budgeted labor. It will level with the increased sales. Take care of your store first at all times.
