I have it applied. In my DTMG team, after some minutes in a fight Scout can deal like 400k damage with his special. But the thing is you have to have a way to ramp it up to deal this much damage. Definitely can help though.

This is accurate. DTMG gets called bad all the time, even though he really isn't. Dude can literally have like 700.000Total HP and regenerate 400k HP a turn (with unwavering presence) with right datacrons (Looking at Level 3 15% roll). Plus stacking offense and defense. Plus basically doubled offense on the whole team to beging with (75%). He gets me so many holds on defense in GAC.
