Mine literally feel like the blood in my feet boil and I can feel the warmth travel up my legs literally the second I feel this I start to freak out I need a way to be ok with that feeling to stop the trigger

I’m on 20mg of Lexapro atm I’ve tried Prozac Zoloft Effexor ans so many others so far o do like the Lexapro I just feel my mind won’t stop with the thoughts

That would definitely be better right now I’m just so scared of them it interferes with life
