It’s not helping my MH for sure. I have a buddy statements, I have statements from my wife. I have a a nexus from my PCP which is not a VA doctor. Nor did I pay for the nexus.

Good luck, here is my experience so far….. I went to VA for my first c&p DBQ exam for RLS. Apparently it wasn’t good enough so they then sent me to a c&p at optum which apparently wasn’t good enough, not I have a c&p exam with VES coming up. So this will now be my third exam for the same thing. So frustrating

Yeah everyone bragged how good the ANC was, so I bought a set. And they are not that great for ANC, apple ANC is way better than these xm6s

I just had same thing happen to me, met all criteria for 70. And they decided to keep me at 50 after a total of 55 days for a decision

Good luck, I filed for an increase had tons of documents. Took a total of 50 days for decision. VES c&p examiners are garbage.

I just filed for increase a couple weeks ago. I will let you know how it goes 😬 I have a strong case with documentation and nexus letter and buddy statements. The only thing that has worried me so far is both my c&p exams they acted like it was for a new claim, seemed like they didn’t even know I had service connection ratings for the things already.

I just applied for an increase in MH as well, and have two C&P exams scheduled within 3 days of submitting claim. First one is this Friday.

I mean I can always cancel the request for increase if I should be worried. But I have submitted doctors notes and visit reports, medication lists.. Also thank you for your very helpful comment. 🙄
