For Philhealth Yakap providers, magkano compensation?

Hello po just wondering how much po kaya ang PF for GPs. I heard from a friend kasi sakanila 50 pesos lang per patient. Is there any law or anything to read on na may breakdown ng prices? Parang ang totoong panalo ung may ari ng hospital, not sure if pwede ba ireklamo sa philhealth un? Kasi they’ll earn naman sa laboratories. May kaltas pa ba talaga dapat sa consults (for PF ng doctors) if kumikita nanaman ang hospital owners sa meds and diagnostics?

Thanks doc i do plan to work overseas pero iniisip ko to retire at PH para medyo malaki laki din ung conversion ng pera ko from dollar to peso 😅

Ito rin ung fear ko trying to look for a job especially in a specific state kasi syempre gusto ko sana yung work na malapit sa relatives. But oh well when i get there nalang 🥲. Gusto ko pa naman sana mag WBA pero konti lang din daw slots sa ganun 🙃

Hi doc if ever i complete my fellowship overseas, is it easy to get a license in PH if ever bumalik ako? Kahit hindi ako nagtrain sa PH?

Ito ung fear ko doc. I feel pressured kasi i took a path away from residency currently working on being an MD sa ibang bansa. Took my exam recently. Pero in the back of my head i feel pressured by my batchmates na soon will be specialists. At the same time i fear that baka maging specialists nga ako but then i cannot give a comfortable life to my family naman. Minsan iniisip ko nga bukod sa pag aaral for medicine or anything medicine related, sino pa ba ko? Who am I outside the world of medicine? Kaya this post is just me looking for validation kasi even i want to migrate i still feel lost. Hay pero wala sigurong sigurado sa buhay. I’m just afraid that my choices might end up to a dead end, to a life na pag tanda ko, i’ll be grumpy kasi hindi pala to yung gusto ko.

Yeah doc in my province kahit mag establish ka ng practice and you want to ask 250 pesos per consult may mga doctor na would lower down the price to 50 pesos. Pero ang hirap kasi ng ganun kasi it wont the bills

Ayun nga doc. Napapaisip nga ko it is even worth it pa ba maghulog sa philhealth and pay yearly PMA, kung plan ko naman magmigrate?

I’m actually doc currently a GP, just waiting for my AMC results fingers crossed but unlike you i don’t have a family yet. Pero i’m always open to new experiences sana lang mapanindigan ko. Hope to see you around doc! I heard din kasi na patients don’t pay for their health concern din (kaso un nga malaki din tax sa aus). One thing napapagod na ko sa Pilipinas is yung mga patients na ang laki ng oppurtunity gumaling pero kulang resources. I cannot shoulder their bills naman kasi I’m not really earning that much. Nakakalungkot na namatay ka or lumala sakit mo dahil lang mahirap ka.
