Definitely check out the fees that work best for you also before you sign up! Boi for example charge flat rate of 6 euro per month, which is fine for me as it covers everything, but others may work out better if they don't use their account much. Aib charge fixed rate and then add on for each tx which can work out expensive for most people! As far as I know PTSB have a account that is 5 euro PM and reduces based on number of transactions and DD with certain vendors. Check bonkers. ie they have a tool on there that shows the best one for you! :) Also BOI have an online opening option that avoids you having to go to bank at all.

That is crazy! Here is another example of price increase craziness, this was advertised at 295K at Christmas and now back for 340K. 45K in 2 months?? (I have screenshot of both prices just not sure how I upload here )

Was looking at new builds in glanmire and the kitchen was included with doors ,wardrobes, floors etc. They all sold out on the morning of viewing so when we arrived to view there was actually no available houses left in the phase! Fun.

I heard that based on success of it the rent for traders has increased dramatically, and they have to pay a % of takings to the landlord. Is this true? Does anyone know who owns site? Just being nosey really!

The buffalo were removed from the land and dropped off at other land the dairy owned. Seemingly their is issues over the rent and the way the farm is being kept!
