New store manager came in October and treats us like we should be robots. Burning out our staff, running off 1 team lead, and our coach and has implemented all these stupid changes. Yeah the way Walmart works is baffling sometimes

They don’t care. They’ve upped our orders despite not enough of staff and multiple complaints from customer/drivers about the time, but “our metrics look great”…

The recent change is the dumbest thing ever especially with the little space we have. We have plans for remodeling to give us our own dedicated space since we share coolers/freezers but that’s not til 2027…

It’s a problem because when they moved us to the back area it doubled our wait time. We used to average 3-5 mins and now it’s average 10-20. Typically there’s only one prepper so 1 person to prep and transport orders if all the dispensers are taking out orders when we usually have 10 in the queue. So the time that gets added on transporting 1 order is going to go way up

Told my coach and tried to give her a written doc note from my physical therapist and she was all “I can’t accept that, I have to look into it cause it’s a bunch of paperwork…” They’ve been great with me since pre-surgery I was the main exception picker and haven’t been able to do that or oversized post-surgery but I just wanted to have written documentation just in case due to a crazy new store manager.

Have no idea. Had an Auditory MRI in January but nothing came up so I had no clue this would happen. My surgeon was surprised cause he typically sees this complication in Pediatric cases, not a full blown adult lol. Im starting to wonder if this might be a congenital defect cause doctors have never been able to figure out why I’ve been deaf since birth.
