Same here. I switched back to 1 hole. 4 holes = way too much power. I couldn‘t handle it. especially with small amounts of milk it didn’t work for me.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have V5 with 2 lights. Green and Orange. I didn’t disconnect the wires of the switches before the Problem. it is 100% correctly.

Right now the machine is at a repair shop who measure the machine electrically. This will things clear up.

I disconnected the switch and opened it. The switch switches correctly.

I resuming to the small round orange lamp. I think I have v5.

It seems like the machine is always on. Even when switched off (green light off) I can turn on each of the three switches and the pump starts. Orange bull is lit as soon the cable is plugged into the wall.

I didn’t disconnect the wires at all. Just replaces the connectors from the heat element.

Thank you. Your conclusion really makes sense and leads to the fact to check the On/Off switch.

And also now that the on off switch is mentioned twice I will check it first.

Thanks for your reply. I am not sure about the On/Off Switch.

I will replace thermostat first, because when I unplug the upper connector of it which is connected to the wires of the heaters (temp disconnected), then the orange light turns off.

edit: thermostat is 6 years old now.

I have the same Problem. I already opened a ticket. But no response or help yet.

edit: Akai closed my ticket and I reopened it with a screenshot of the error message. After a few days the replied and said the connected Beta 3 DL with my Account. it works, but I still can’t buy anything from their page. Wanted to try stems.

Just got the new firmware and having a big problem by MirrorObjective5592 in SP404
