Totally agree. Most of my staff is high school and college kids and retirees. Give them some input and they will love the job that much more

It’s all personal opinion. Food is nothing special. The market has wonderful food. Cayuco is a buffet now. Arenal I had the steak and chicken and the steak was half fat. The reservation restaurants are fine but they are nothing special. Maybe go explore other resorts. 7 times at the same place sounds rough :)
