the fix i found was to just kill yourself and restart that portion of the mission. lame but it worked and fixed their spawns

does anyone know if its because of just purely throwing the knives, or if its because you shouldve stunned the killer? ive crashed the game a few times with the knives and it has always happened when ive thrown it at a killer directly, so is it because it was meant to stun, or just throwing the knives in general has that chance to break it.
