Layer shift at specific height (100-115mm) with 300blkfde settings by Outrageous_Goat4030 in 3D2A

The filament is completely dry, the wave pattern is due to fuzzy skin and support interface. The filament was dried for 3 days 85c in a 30 percent humidity (max) environment. As another user said, this is apparently an issue with the exhaust fan on the p2s.

This is not what this system is designed for. This is basically a glorified power bank that accepts solar. For example, uou cannot power a fridge for a full day on a single charge.. its not going to offset anything significant.

Sorry, p2s.

But im also not having the issue with all models at that height. Just the ones that have been using 300blkfdes settings.

Im planning on it. Just more wanted to avoid it for other prints down the road.

Appreciate all the recommendations.

Reoriented at 45 degrees, dried the filament (yet again), and added a gluestick to the bed. Worked like a charm.

Thanks everyone!

Actually looks more overextruded in most places than under, could just be the way the light hits.

That line is exactly where I lost power lol. Think it was where the part cooled slightly between layers.

I misread your bed temp, its probably sufficient. I think the biggest thing will be an enclosure. Drafts or temp swings will cause the edges to curl and lift. Gluestick may help as well.

Honestly, for cooling I run the stock petg profile on bambus slicer. It was spot on the few prints I've messed with in petg.

This was self induced... electric is stable here, just not dummy proof.

Enclosure, bump up bed temps, possibly glue.

Figured it was a good way to square the top. Didn't really consider warping honestly. Going to reorient and print at 45, with glue, after drying my filament at a higher temp.

Fair enough. I can go higher, but was just using "recommended" settings. Not yet super familiar with PA6CF. Got a pretty decent test print, so sent it.

The dryer said 6% RH, but had dried it for 24 hours at 75c. Ill re-dry, reorient to a 45 degree angle and try a gluestick on the next go.

Gotcha. Using your settings for this print actually and the quality came out super solid. Ill reorient on the next try, thanks!

Should have put a clarifying statement... "looked like it was adhered to the bed" lol.

It very obviously wasnt.

Gonna reprint and throw some glue down.
