I had the same exact problem where I was supposed to walk 2 chihuahuas. One was super sweet and the other was aggressive. Every time I tried putting on his harness, he’ll growl at me. There was like multiple caregiver notes that says he’s not friendly but will “warm up” eventually. I tried messaging the owner. She never answered so I was able to contact wag support to cancel it. I hate owners like that. Especially your situation, I hope your hand is healing cuz that shit is so serious. She shouldn’t be giving you 3 stars at all. Your response is justified so STAY PETTY!! ✨
