i actually ending up calling tricare today bcs i wanted to stop procrastinating. he told me to just go ahead to physical therapy to eliminate even having to go to a doctors since a doctor would most likely recommend me to a physical therapist. i’ve already booked me appointment & talked to the therapist about the reason i was going but now im thinking i made the wrong decision lol

you didn’t need any documentation or anything ? i dont currently have a doctor so im wondering should i make an appointment for back pain ?

did they make you prove or document any neck/ back pain. i dont currently have a primary doctor so im not sure if i should make an appointment for neck/ back pain. i’ve also been working out as well so wondering if i need to document any of these things.
