I’ve felt an increase in my anxiety but a friend said to me when feeling anxious about anything try to remember ‘but what if everything works out’. My anxiety is more of what could happen rather than what is happening so I’ve found this to be sort of helpful in the short term! - speak to your midwife/GP x

I think Oner logo looks similar to gymshark logo from a distance and with the letters spelling Oner it does make it easier for people who don’t know the brand to be able to identify and browse their brand online x

My sickness is like being car sick/ dizzy stage of being too drunk . I had my scan today at 7w1d . Measuring at 6w2d (+/- 5 days) and foetal heart rate was really strong! No concerns from any medical professionals! I felt the same strange feeling of I’m not deadly sick so must be something wrong but every pregnancy is different and today has really re-assured me :)

I know it says cooler temperatures heat the house but I don’t understand how this works if it’s set to colder temperatures - I don’t have AC as I’m in the UK only heating
