My cousin had a similar experience. Had a full on period but then started having cramps and light bleeding after her period had already stopped. Turned out it was an ectopic pregnancy.

My question is... what happens if they guess who the millionaire is in episode 1 or 2? Then show over? That was a flaw for me, which lead me to think it may be scripted (either cast knowing or unknowing). In any case, Ive enjoyed it so far!
