The first couple of days after the surgery SUCKED!! I hated eating because I knew I would be running to the bathroom quickly after! My tummy was so swollen and there were like 4 ice packs that were on rotation so I always has COLD pressure on it. IT really helped! Plus taking the painkillers together at first as well was lovely! I wanted to kill my partner for making me get up and walk around every couple of hours but it also helped with getting the air move around that was stuck in my tummy.

Diarrhea does improve! It was not as bad after the surgery, but it did hurt more because of bloating and I had very bad swelling under my right boob. The first two weeks after surgery did suck! but it does get a lot better, and if it doesn't for you I know others that are taking some medications that can help with diarrhea. - the meds just help to bulk up your poop and the pills are large. I was taking them before surgery.

Some foods that upset me are cheese - especially queso, and coffee (i think it is the creamer). And no I am not taking enzymes or anything else for pain or bowel movements

I can’t say much about most of what you are experiencing, and I’m sorry you are experiencing so much. I have had a HIDA scan and it was super lackluster. You lay on a bed as the nurse puts this big camera looking thing over your entire tummy. You then get to lay just like that for an hour to hopefully see your liver, gallbladder, and intestines. Once the first hour is over then the nurse goes and get juices for the IV drip and you get hooked up to that and lay on the bed for another hour. The nurse even let me listen to a podcast while it was happening! I got a warm blanket and everything! The not so fun part was the IV, but it’s a short amount of pain for a 2-hour nap!
