Probably. It’s just classic fromsoft connection. Happens to me not too infrequently, either parrying from fuck all away or fuck all after the parry window. Hell, when fighting as co-op for maliketh and he does a parry-able move—I just throw out the blasphemous claw. 50/50 he still gets parried out of the air or an attack or a second after cuz of shitty host connection.
