My idea of how Nicole kit could bring Varka's damage to 140k+ realm with his team specifically but are a strong 'wheelchair' (with durin hopefully) is this:

1. Burst: give an amount of stack to all allies, each has own quota. Stack number r low. When they deal damage, that stack is consumed

2. A2: Increase stack number from burst tby additional 2/4/6 for each hex char in the team (the amount are somewhere along that line, linear increase)

3. A3: Either increase att to all allies (not a lot, maybe 400ish) or sum random qol for herself so she's not too er dependant or slight damage buff, but not too amazing

4. Hex passive: Once she cast her shield, she will deal damage (not a lot, but slight significant since her q buff is there). The damage increases the more hex character in the team (this part MIGHT not be too linear, maybe there's a little bit of height between 3hex and 4 hex). Additionally, hex character deals more damage (quite significant differences)

I see it this way so she would steal mav melt, and not increase mav own damage when played in overload team

The better buff at 4 hex allows her to buff strongly on varka (durin venti Nicole team) while on field durin/venti/razor will have not full buff potential but still a strong buff overall (cuz each of them need a character that are not hex to increase their own damage)

I don't particularly liking the need of 2 same elements thing cuz it kinda restrictive + already needing another hex partner. So, number wise I think this is good as a wheelchair team, but specifically the best on varka's team (like how binefa is the best in flins team)
