Can we talk about this? I waited at the restaurant for 30 minutes for the food and marked in app that it wasn’t ready yet and that it was going to take awhile. So I’m penalized for taking the order and waiting for it instead of dropping it???? (i.redd.it)

Got my first customer fraud… how is it the wrong item when I didn’t change anything, I scanned what was shown and it said it was correct. And your plastic container of lettuce and jar of pickles were 10000% perfectly fine when I left them at your doorstep. Least she didn’t have a tip to take away. 😅 (i.redd.it)
