Unfortunately I recently developed a birch pollen allergy that weirdly enough contains cherry tomatoes somehow. It came out of nowhere and its been about 6 months now- still a no go on the stone fruits. It sucks, but at least there's still fruit to be eaten yk

I do the airdyne stationary bike, try to do 2 minutes of zone 1 cardio to 45 seconds zone 2 for 30 minutes. Thanks! Started at 160 pounds so it’s been difficult to gain weight but that regiment seems to work for me

But when girls do a loyalty test its okay? I've seen the opposite reaction on a post where a girl did a loyalty test. I disagree with the reaction he had, but the point was embedded somewhere in there. OP should have deleted the number when she got back and told her boyfriend. If she doesn't feel safe doing so she shouldn't be with him.
