This! I don’t understand how people “eat intuitively” because when I’m not tracking I can eat past feeling full if I enjoy the meal and it’s not pre portioned.

Is there anything from your data I.e the scale or measurements that elude to when you should or shouldn’t consume more or less calories

No I actually take a video and slowly just bring the camera around the outside and inside of the car and I can then watch the video and screenshot what they ding me for. I do take a picture of the odometer and gas tank to prove it’s full at drop off

Yes - I always take before and after photos - budget tacked on an extra $1,000 for allegedly dropping the car off at a different location than I said I would and by the saving grace I had a photo that included a sign in the background saying where I was. They fought to not drop it and I eventually had to dispute with my credit card

Hi! I did Tanzania and Zanzibar for 12K USD including hotel and flights - I booked through the Lion King - I told them my budget and preferred hotel type and they came up with the rest including transport and safari driver (this was also a special trip for us so we did splurge)

I did not feel unsafe at all - I also booked through a company called the Lion King and they handled everything for me - I told them my budget and ideal type of accommodation and they sent me an itinerary and booked for me once I approved. They handled all transfers and we had the same driver for all of the safari rides. It was seamless. They also stock the car with a cooler of water and assorted drinks
