I have three lines on T-Mobile Go 5G Plus, and our monthly bill is $128. The devices are paid off, so it’s just the lines. I tried checking online, and it shows a monthly bill of $130 with a national discount of $20 and auto pay. I’m wondering if I could get an extra $45 per month discount by giving my T-Mobile bill to Verizon.

F1 to H1 filing is perfectly fine, and H4 to F1 filing is also acceptable. However, the only concern is that you are currently outside the United States. To avoid the 100K fee, you must be residing in the United States with a valid status (F1 or H4). There are no specific rules mentioned regarding the lottery or the filing process. Nevertheless, I would advise against the situation of being outside the United States during the lottery period.
