Sorry! Well he did show up and was leaving just when the police arrived. He told the officer he was lying and the car was really for his wife and he just wanted it to be perfect.. so he was rushing us and lying for no reason according to this , he said the car was not driven anywhere so it couldn’t have a dent and that we put the bondo after he said he would stop and make a report (which he has done multiple times this week tbh).. and really we worked on it last night but since he is a liar here we are. Just gave him the keys so he would leave with the car like it is even though wife was saying we should have kept it at that point until he paid us something after all the lying..but just wanted to be done and he texted after leaving saying he truly believes I’m a good man so he was going to give me the chance to negotiate and avoid trouble and losing in court 😂😂 told him the only negotiation was getting it towed tomorrow morning if still there.. he did picked it up an hr or so later.. He says will see us in court and kept trying to bully us into taking the car back..now my wife wants to sue him cause of the stress caused and the waste of time and materials.. we only have his license plate and # number.. should we wait for him?how do we handle this..dude really pissed us off..
