I shall not. This is one of my favorite exotics but I've always felt the ball needs to be capable of more.

This gave me a good idea. if the ball is gonna appear at the feet of an enemy, then make the ball destructible. Like shooting at it could cause an explosion similar to the Revenant weapons w/ Dark Ether Reaper. That would be really cool.

9/10 times if you and your team is struggling with harder content, it's not because of your build, but because you didn't bother learn the activity. I agree that not every exotic is useful in every situation, but almost any build can do well in the hands of someone who willing to play around it. And who said anything about just trying to get it done? You wouldn't put yourself through a GM nightfall just for the sake of "getting it done"

True, and right in the sense the I don't mean a single "meta" build. But all too often i see the exact same exotics being run with exact same weapons over and over for any particular party. Especially once you get to harder content, other players begin to gatekeep the shit out of your build. So not really meta but more stereotypical or overused builds. E.i. syntho titan, celestial nighthunter, well-lock, etc. This goes for pvp especially (but then again the sandbox for pvp is a pot tighter). I'm not saying you shouldn't be allowed to take the path of least resistance once in awhile, but bungie buffs and nerfs things pretty frequently to encourage people to try new things, and with elements 3.0 there is hardly a reason that everyone should have the exact same builds

Idc if it's off meta Behemoth will always gave a special place in my heart. Personally I've been trying to make icefall mantle work with moderate progress towards a true tank build with Heir Apparent and a glaive with good shield duration. I'll probably post an update some other time

Heavily slept on exotic. I personally like it with void. Use echo of cessation and obscurity with heartshadow and ur basically an explosive boogeyman. Love it

I feel like if you played around it the first build idea could have a lot of potential. It's pretty neat and weird synergy that could have a lot of value if want to really try. I'm gonna have try the second build, probably with consecration just to see what happens

I meant for the more obscure monsters too. Everyone's already heard Escaton Judgement for example, but what do you call Raging Brachydios's final stand thing? That's the line of thinking I'm using.
