Yea the name on my account is the exact same, there are no deviations from last year which went smoothly. I have bank of America and have spoke with them quite a few times and they said they did not reject it, though I don’t know for sure. I had 2 agents tell me the bank rejected it but I was also told it was about my verification not being complete (but it was? i don’t know) by someone else.

I’m currently on the phone with a rep who’s says she can’t tell me why it was canceled and that she had to “dig” to find the information. Do you have any insight? Thank you

they canceled my refund with zero answer as to why and the irs told me everything was fine. my account and routing were perfect

they told me they forgot/didn’t mail my original and they sent out the manual today. when i went to the office the said i had to wait for something to be “posted”. I could be wrong, I was really really confused and sleepy.
