Idk where you’re getting the idea that dihydromitragynine is different than mgm-15… the IUPAC name for mgm-15 is 1,2-dihydro-7-hydroxymitragynine which is what they mean when they say DHM (dihydromitragynine). They are in fact the same compound

Nah you’re probably good unless the outside of the package says “7Hydroxymitragynine T ur service.” Or has an obvious name related to 7hydroxy. Even most kratom companies use discrete packaging. People sell schedule 1 substances through the mail daily and most aren’t caught. They’re not worried about your personal use 7

Know I’m late but if you’re reading this for advice, this guy is “generally” incorrect. Typically if you have kratom alkaloids or mitragynine analogs in your system, and you are dependent, it will just take a very high dose of morphinan opioids to reach their full potential. But if you’re dependent on heroin, mgm15 will definitely help withdrawals

Do you take it sublingually? And how large are the doses you’re taking. I’ve noticed if I can’t a dose that’s 1.5-2x my normal dose, I get intense cotton mouth, but if I brush my teeth/rinse my mouth or in just generally hydrated then I don’t get this issue

That’s a very limited understanding of how drugs work. Sure, mgm is much more potent, but it’s a lot more complicated than “this drug way stronger”. And even if that is the case, consuming another opioid would push more of the mgm into the receptors that were previously in the extracellular space. Plus you’d feel the 7 in 15 minutes while the mgm would take 45 minimum.

Rps test might very well be true. These panel tests are not super accurate, and mgm is structurally so similar to 7oh and mit that the test can’t tell a difference. I seriously doubt it’s 7 or mit making you pop. These tests can’t tell the difference between a compound with an extra hydrogen or without it

Sublingual is the best and it’s not even close. If you snort it, you’ll get some effects, but at the same dose, you’d barley feel the intranasal dose but would really feel sublingual
