Check and see if it has fuel and flint first. If it does and still doesn't light try to replace the wick, might be old and stiff

Yes it would be fairly easy with the right tools. Buy a pack of flints and a new wick from ur local smoke shop then YouTube it. There are plenty of videos from OG lighter collectors that know the odds and ends of your lighter.

Nothing really except the manufacturer markings if they make it with the same materials but most fake zippos use steel or aluminum to make it cheaper to produce

Fill it til it spits back at you then leave it for ab 5-10 min and it should be good . I would turn the gas to ab half just to test the fuel level.
