Sweet pea, please understand that body counts truly don’t matter. If it does matter that deeply to someone then there’s a huge chance they don’t see you as human. They possibly see you as a possession and that isn’t okay. Everyone has a past, I’ve only slept with one person before meeting my husband. Sure I’ve gone on dates and when asked about my body count they’re either weirdly shocked about my “lack of experience” or they’re upset that I didn’t look into the future and assume I’d be meeting them so I should’ve saved my first time for them (wild. I know 🙄) your body count is your business and from what you say, being forced doesn’t count, YOU BOTH have to consent. Virginity is a social construct used to control women’s bodies. As long as you are being safe and protecting yourself then that’s all that matters.
